2 — Nature of Collected Data

As part of providing the service, Arcivo only collects strictly necessary data: first and last name of the contact, professional email address, company name of the client organization, and documentary data voluntarily deposited on the platform. No sensitive data according to PIPEDA (or GDPR Article 9) is collected or processed.

3 — Hosting and Data Location

All data is hosted on dedicated private servers located in Europe (France), operated by certified infrastructure providers. Each client benefits from a strictly isolated hosting environment — no data pooling between clients.

4 — Purposes of Processing

Collected data is processed exclusively for the following purposes: provision and maintenance of the documentary service, secure user authentication, technical support upon explicit client request, continuous service improvement. No data is used for commercial, advertising, or third-party analytic purposes.

5 — No Sharing with Third Parties

Arcivo formally commits never to sell, rent, or transmit client data to any commercial, institutional, or technical third party, unless legally required. Technical subcontractors are subject to the same strict confidentiality obligations.

6 — Retention Period

Data is retained for the entire active duration of the service relationship. Upon termination of this relationship, for whatever reason, all data is permanently deleted within a maximum of 30 calendar days, unless an explicit export request is made by the client prior to this period.

7 — Rights of the Concerned Individuals

In accordance with PIPEDA and applicable regulations, any user has the following rights: right of access to their data, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to portability, and right to object to processing. These rights are exercised by a simple request sent to: contact@arcivo.co. Arcivo commits to respond within a maximum of 30 days.

8 — Technical Security

Arcivo implements the following technical measures to ensure data security: communication encryption via TLS/SSL protocol, restricted access to servers by SSH key authentication, encrypted daily automatic backups, retention of backups for 14 days, and zero unauthorized or unsolicited third-party access.

9 — Cookies

The arcivo.co site exclusively uses technical cookies essential for the proper functioning of the service. No advertising, analytical, or third-party tracking cookie is deposited. No advertising network has access to visitors' browsing data.

10 — Policy Modifications

Arcivo reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legal or technical developments. In the event of a substantial modification, active clients will be informed by email with a minimum notice of 15 days before the entry into force of the new provisions.
